Day 1 - 2 London to Paris France Our Topdeck experience starts today! Across the English Channel to Paris where we embark on our "City lights" tour. The next day is free to explore Paris, before we join our our travelling companions to sample our delicious Paris Gourmet Picnic beside the Eiffel Tower. An optional River Seine cruise is a great finish to the day. Bx1, Dx2 Day 3 - 4 Paris to Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland Gorgeous scenery presents itself today as we head to the Swiss Alps and the scenic village of Lauterbrunnen. The next day an optional excursion to the summit of the Jungfrau Mountain - the views are stunning! Bx2, Lx2, Dx2 Day 5 Lauterbrunnen to Avignon, France The medieval and walled city of Avignon is our next stop. Here our walking tour includes the Palace of the Popes. Bx1, Lx1 Day 6 - 7 Avignon to French Riviera/Monaco Onwards to the home of the rich and famous at the French Riviera. Time for serious celebrity spotting on the promenades followed by a cool off swim in the Mediterranean. Tonight try our luck at the casinos of Monaco. Bx2, Lx1, Dx1 Day 8 French Riviera to Florence, Italy The Leaning Tower of Pisa is our first attraction to explore in Italy. Then to Florence so full of Renaissance treasures it is known as an outdoor museum. Bx1, Lx1, Dx1 Day 9 - 10 Florence to Rome Italy /Vatican City Our walking tour of Florence tells the fascinating stories of this city. Then it's southwards to Rome and another great ctiy waiting for us to explore. The next day is ours to take in such attractions as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain! The sights in this city are amazing! Bx2, Lx1, Dx1 Day 11 - 12 Rome to Venice, Italy We make tracks for Venice, one of our highlights on our European trip. The following day, what a day we have waiting. A vaporetto ride on the fascinating Grand Canal and a walking tour unveils such treasures as St Mark's Square, Doges Palace and the Rialto Bridge. And who could leave Venice without an optional gondola ride? Bx2, Lx1, Dx2 Day 13 - 14 Venice to Vienna, Austria On to charming Vienna, home to opera, apple strudel and possibly Europe's finest coffee. On day 2 here there is time to explore Vienna. The impressive Hofburg Palace, home of the Vienna Boys Choir and the Spanish Riding School, the Opera House and the Schonbrunn Palace all await or perhaps a visit to a Schnapps Museum? Bx2, Lx2, Dx1 Day 15 Vienna to Munich, Germany A reflective start to our day as we visit the former Nazi concentration camp at Mauthausen. Then to Munich and a walking tour of the old city before a night out at a local beerhall. Bx1, Lx1 Day 16 - 17 Munich to Prague, Czech Republic Our next city, Prague, is one of our favourites. Our walking tour amongst the cobblestone streets is a great introduction to this charming city. The next day is ours to explore Prague with the evening free to try one of the many restaurants. For beer lovers, Prague also lays claim to some of the world's finest beers. Bx2, Lx1, Dx1 Day 18 - 19 Prague to Berlin, Germany The 800 year old city of Dresden breaks our journey as we head to Berlin, one of Europe's most happening cities. After orientating ourselves with Berlin including Checkpont Charlie, the Berlin Wall and Brandenburg Gate, the city is ours to explore. The nightlife here is amazing. Bx2, Lx1, Dx1 Day 20 - 21 Berlin to Amsterdam, Netherlands To Amsterdam, famous for its canals and liberal lifestyle so tonight let's visit the infamous Red Light District! Our bicycle tour is a great introduction to Amsterdam followed by our walking tour. Tonight a farewell dinner and optional canal cruise. Bx2, Lx1, Dx1 Day 22 Amsterdam to London, England Back to London where it all started via Belgium. Bx1
