Day 1 - 3, Windhoek, Etosha National Park
From Windhoek travel to Etosha and spend two nights within the park camping near floodlit waterholes for exciting night time game viewing, and by day explore the park’s desert and semi arid landscape on the hunt for the many species of game. On the third day we go back to Windhoek to recuperate and perhaps enjoy a meal in one of the city’s fine restaurants before our next expedition south.

Day 4 - 6, Sesriem, Sossusvlei
Spend the next couple of days in the giant sand dunes of Sesriem, when we wake well before dawn to travel into the heart of the dune field of Sossusvlei to climb one of the highest sand dunes in the world and catch an awesome sunrise over the sea of sand. In the heat of the day relax by the swimming pool before an evening trip to Sesriem gorge. The next morning we make our way back to Windhoek.

Day 7 - 9 Ghanzi, OkavangoDelta
Travelling due East we head toward Botswanavia Ghanzi, and our destination is the largest inland delta is the world - the Okavango. An inland sea of islands and channels where we spend two nights camping out in this isolated region of pristine wilderness. If we are in luck we may come across wildlife including red lechwe, sitatunga or even elephant, during our mokoro (dug out canoe) expeditions.

Day 10 - 12 Caprivi Strip, Chobe NP
Cross back into Namibiaand explore the picturesque Mahango Game Reserve on the Okavango River where you may spot antelope, before heading along the Caprivi Strip. We stop at traditional Caprivi village on the Kwando River, where there is the opportunity to meet the local people and visit a craft market. At the end of the Caprivi Stripand back in Botswana, we reach the Chobe National Park, famous for its huge herds of elephant. Enjoy sundowners on a relaxing afternoon game cruise on the Chobe Riverand look out for the animals that come down to the water to drink.

Day 13 - 14 Livingstone, VictoriaFalls
From Chobe, it’s only a short drive to Livingstone in Zambia. Here we see and participate in the many optional activities around the magical and mighty Victoria Falls. A visit to the falls is a must and make extra time for the adrenalin-pumping optional activities such as white water rafting, bungy jumping, elephant riding, flying over the falls by plane, helicopter or microlight, to name but a few.

Day 15 - 16 Rundu, Windhoek
For those returning to Windhoek we leave early in the morning to once again traverse the Caprivi Strip, and arrive in Windhoekin the late afternoon of day 16.
